信网6月6日讯 据媒体报道，在实验性开设三年多后，定位小型社区超市的小润发最终被大润发放弃。6月3日，大润发母公司高鑫零售回应小润发停止运营，称“正在调整，方案未确定”。
据悉，小润发全国首店在江苏南通正式开业，此后在南通以及周边城市扩张。查询企查查发现，南通小润发商贸有限公司成立于2020年4月，注册资本1.5亿元，由上海小润发商贸有限公司全资持股。值得一提的是，上海小润发对外投资有南通、淮安、马鞍山三地的小润发商贸有限公司，三地小润发分支机构已注销超七成。（信网记者）

RT-Mart abandons Xiao Runfa
Xinwang News, June 6 According to media reports, after more than three years of experimental opening, Xiao Runfa, which is positioned as a small community supermarket, was finally abandoned by RT-Mart. On June 3, RT-Mart's parent company Gao Xin Retail responded to Xiao Runfa's suspension of operations, saying that "it is being adjusted and the plan has not been determined."
It is reported that Xiao Runfa's first store in the country officially opened in Nantong, Jiangsu, and then expanded in Nantong and surrounding cities. A query of Qichacha found that Nantong Xiao Runfa Trading Co., Ltd. was established in April 2020 with a registered capital of 150 million yuan and is wholly owned by Shanghai Xiao Runfa Trading Co., Ltd. It is worth mentioning that Shanghai Xiao Runfa has invested in Xiao Runfa Trading Co., Ltd. in Nantong, Huai'an and Ma'anshan, and more than 70% of Xiao Runfa branches in the three places have been cancelled.
