5月23日，媒体报道，贵州省政协原党组成员、副主席李再勇受贿、滥用职权一案在重庆市第五中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理。随着李再勇被公开审理，此前一直疑云重重的贵州女企业家讨债反被刑拘一事应该有个说法了。
在法庭审理中，李再勇被检察机关控诉利用职务便利，为相关个人在工程承揽、土地征收、项目规划审批等事项上提供帮助，非法收受他人给予的财物共计折合人民币4.32亿余元。
不仅如此，在2014-2017担任六盘水市委书记的三年间，李再勇还突破生态红线，并侵占耕地、林地、水源地，在有关单位反对的情况下违规上马旅游项目，授意通过举债融资建设项目。除了造成105公顷林地、耕地、永久基本农田、草地被违规占用外，还造成了9.14亿的融资利息及其他费用。
为官三年，不仅没有造福一方，还给地方留下了一堆烂摊子。如今李再勇面临着法律的严惩，但他留下的烂账还给后面的政府部门以及参与工程建设的企业单位带来了无尽的麻烦，甚至是灭顶之灾。
今年2月26日，《中国经营报》报道“贵州女企业家讨工程款陷‘寻衅滋事’被批捕，过亿债务政府只愿给1200万元”一事。六盘水少数民族女企业家马艺珈伊在2016-1019年间，参与了六盘水10个政府重点项目。

On May 23, the media reported that the case of Li Zaiyong, former member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Guizhou Provincial CPPCC, for taking bribes and abusing his power was publicly tried at the first instance in the Fifth Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing. With Li Zaiyong's public trial, the case of a Guizhou female entrepreneur who was detained for debt collection, which had been shrouded in mystery, should have an explanation.
During the court trial, Li Zaiyong was accused by the procuratorate of using his position to provide assistance to relevant individuals in engineering contracting, land acquisition, project planning and approval, and illegally accepting property from others totaling more than RMB 432 million.
Not only that, during the three years from 2014 to 2017 when he served as Secretary of the Liupanshui Municipal Party Committee, Li Zaiyong also broke the ecological red line and encroached on cultivated land, forest land, and water sources. He illegally launched tourism projects despite opposition from relevant units and instructed to finance construction projects through debt. In addition to causing 105 hectares of forest land, cultivated land, permanent basic farmland, and grassland to be illegally occupied, it also caused 914 million in financing interest and other expenses.
After three years as an official, he not only failed to benefit the local area, but also left a mess in the local area. Now Li Zaiyong is facing severe punishment from the law, but the bad debts he left behind have brought endless troubles to the subsequent government departments and enterprises involved in the construction of the project, and even brought disaster.
On February 26 this year, China Business News reported that "a female entrepreneur in Guizhou was arrested for "picking quarrels and provoking trouble" when she asked for project funds, and the government was only willing to give 12 million yuan for a debt of over 100 million yuan." Ma Yigai, a female entrepreneur from a minority ethnic group in Liupanshui, participated in 10 key government projects in Liupanshui between 2016 and 2019.
